Excellent Training Opportunities

At Anglia Care we believe in training our staff to a very high standard and in 2019 we have been Highly Commended by the Suffolk Care Awards, in their category for Excellent Training Opportunities.

Apart from the industry standard Care Certificate which most care providers offer, we follow a rigorous blended learning programme comprised of classroom, online and hands-on practice (usually referred to as shadowing).

We work closely with various NHS bodies, Skills for Care and other professionals to provide our care staff with specialist training whenever required. 

​

We make use Virtual Reality for our Dementia training and we use a state of the art GERT Suit for our enhanced training which allows our carers to put themselves in the shoes of our clients and experience first hand the challenges some people might experience. Therefore allowing them to deliver a higher standard of care.

Because our clients care is our first priority, we believe they should receive the highest lever of customer service possible. As such, we have designed our own 'Customer Service for Care' training session.
